Morning Reflections: Do This Over and Over
Communication with your higher self, the divine you, does not have to be formal. You are your divine self. This is the teaching of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, Eckhart Tolle, and Christ - “I and the Father are one - I am the Father”. And so communication and conversation can be an effortless flow from your higher mind, the essence often called the higher self. The more you listen, the more you open yourself to the wisdom of inter-dimensional or metaphysical beings, the more you will feel. Understanding is not something given; it blossoms naturally through experience. To experience is to feel.
Be at peace with who you are in this moment. You are whole, complete - everything you need to be right now. Free yourself, truly free yourself from attachments. This means shedding the mistaken identities, the gentle release of what is false, making space for the one that is truly yours.
Every incarnated soul will pass through this metamorphosis. You are no exception. Your ego will be freed from the heavy burden of knowing or trying to know what it cannot. For knowing does not belong to the ego mind or physical mind - it lives within the heart, the sacred seat of the soul.
Stay in the heart, anchor in its wisdom, by:
Speaking directly to it with trust
Listening deeply for its reply
Thanking it, even when the answer feels distant, unclear, or absent
Do this again and again, like a rhythm, like a prayer, until it becomes the language of your being.
And in closing I’ll leave you with a riddle to solve
I am a shape, yet infinite too, In every piece, the whole shines through. Zoom in close, you’ll see I’m the same, A repeating pattern is my claim to fame. What am I?
