Notes on Dragon Breathing
I was introduced to dragon breathing (last year) by Eluña Noelle’s LIVE Lunar New Year Dragon’s Breath Activation. (If the link doesn’t work try searching it on YouTube.) At first I did it once or twice and then parked it. My point here is that you don’t necessary pick up things immediately. Everything happens in it’s proper time according to your soul plan. You only have to trust your Self.
I’ve been doing the dragon breathing daily for the past couple weeks (approximately) about a month after learning it. Here’s my rough journal of how it’s been so far:
Early on I was pacing myself
Feel more energy at night than when I do it in the morning
I don’t feel anything in my heart and not much of a head rush either, but definitely a shift in my energy field. Especially noticeable when stepping into my wholeness or my coherence.
About a week after I became fully comfortable and able to push out deeply
Overall the experience feels very cleansing. I also work with crystals, asking them for their help in holding space and moving the energy out of my lower body (the first 3 chakras) up to my upper chakras.
April 29, 2025:
Night session working well. For the past few days I’ve been doing the breath at night only. I find there is a connection with this practice and the dreams I have. Also, during the day, I watched a podcast with Dr. Joe talking about moving energy up into the brain by compressing the abdominal area. This also reminded me of kidney packing. Pumping the scrotum was something Dr. Joe highlighted and it’s something I’ve learnt from Wayne B. Chandler. At times, I’ve added this to the dragon breath practice - that is, I’ve tried to keep my lower lock on and in this effort find myself pumping the scrotum to aid in moving energy up from the lower chakras.
All this resulted in a very different sensation at the end of the practice. What I felt, I imagine is the sensation when every cell in your body draws in water and begins to radiate energy. My foot blockage or kriya changed and I felt my legs begin to tense up and my entire body began to radiate energy.
May 16, 2025:
I haven’t been consistently apply the lower lock; sometimes I find myself just pumping; other times I just relax. In all cases I let my instincts guide me.
I do feel different though. Lighter in a way??
What stands out most is the feeling of wholeness and coherence. I feel like I give myself more grace and love.
I still have kriya type sensation in my feet, but I also have minor increase in sensation in my hands. I never had this before.
April 6, 2026:
Over a year now, of course I’ve become very comfortable with the practice. I have not done it every day, but rather I go for stints at a time. Sometimes daily for weeks and then pause for a couple of weeks or months.
Most times I feel emotionally lighter after the practice - clearing of the lower chakras - where energy is moved up the body. And what I find most interesting is that similar to my qigong practice, but in a deeper way, my thought patterns reflect what is being cleared. This suggested or points to the benefits of a daily practice!
