Hey folks - happy Monday,
A little over a month ago, I received an email From the Desk of Tom Kenyon. This is a newsletter Tom shares periodically, and every time it lands in my inbox, it feels like a small gift; but this time in particular it felt like gentle encouragement from the universe itself. Many of you will recognize Tom’s name from the introduction I shared about sound healing and his transformative work.
In his last correspondence, Tom spoke directly to the journey I’ve been navigating - sometimes with clarity and grace, other times through the peaks and valleys of uncertainty. He confirmed something deeply profound yet beautifully simple: the cultivation of our intuition and the expansion of our awareness as multi-dimensional beings requires consistent practice and unwavering devotion.
It’s a truth that resonates so deeply. As above, so below, as the saying goes. Just as we exercise to strengthen our physical muscles, we must also commit to building our spiritual muscles. It’s an act of love toward ourselves, a sacred discipline that brings us closer to the infinite potential within.
Here, Tom shares his reflections on the profound experiences some have had while engaging with a specific sound healing track:
“It was clear from the reports that those who worked with the sound meditation on a regular basis often experienced incidents of inner light as well as feelings of peace and wellness.
The key to these types of body/mind responses seems to be regular interaction with the meditation. In other words, the more frequently you work with the sounds, the more significant your responses will be. I am reminded in this by something Babaji, a legendary immortal yogi once said, “Banat, Banat, Banaji” or “Doing, Doing, it is Done.” In other words, in spiritual endeavors one must persevere and work continuously to get a significant result.”
Practice, practice, practice: every moment of intentional practice - whether through meditation, sound healing, or simply stilling the mind and being present - becomes a step forward. Each choice to listen deeply to our intuition sharpens our awareness and aligns us with the divine. This path is not always easy, but it is worth every effort. It reminds us of who we truly are: infinite beings of light, evolving and expanding with every breath.
In my final thoughts, I want to thank you for your continued support and for being a part of the Rakhety Mendo - the wise collective. Now go forth and expand!
