The resistance described in the Mooji talk is what Matt Kahn referred to as heavy psychological density. The emotional states like frustration, resentment, guilt, shame, etc. The ego acts like a protective shield - it tries to control, manipulate, or fix situations to feel safe. The dropping of the ego is to have less density or lightening
This often happens when you do not cooperate with the mind.
The mind is not cunning to the Self or the Beingness, only to the person.
Listen to Mooji talk about one earth but billions of worlds. This is similar to Bashar’s sentiment. We are all on our on version of earth. It may look and seem like we are on the same earth, experiencing the same earth reality, but we are not.
Our identification or association to and with the ego’s high density is what ties us to those low emotional states (fear, angry, guilt, shame, etc.). Mooji uses the analogy of having a subscription to the high density ego. The ego is living on subscription!
Freedom/Detachment: The Monkey mind grows with conflict. Do not fight the mind. Be detached from it. Detachment means staying in a place or state of awareness. Not resisting or fighting the ego or the mind. Mooji says “Stay empty and neutral and know that a universal consciousness supports you… It is the way, the truth, and the life.”
As we move forward with our discovery of ego, it should be clear that we are NOT the ego, NOR are we the mind.
