“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” - John 1:1, The Holy Bible, New King James Version
The above quote highlights that all things vibrate, all things move and have a frequency. There are similar teachings in other religions and spiritual systems and not just Christianity and Judaism.

I Am the Word: A Guide to the Consciousness of Man’s Self in a Transitioning Time is a channelled text from Paul Selig, that speaks to the above quote and much more.
The Discovery
I had heard about channelling before but never really paid attention to what was out there. After the release of the documentary, The Secret, emerged the teachings of Abraham from Jerry and Esther Hicks. Please note, Jerry and Esther never referred to the inspiration they received from Abraham as channelling. Simply, we are all expressions of Source energy.
But like I said, I never really paid attention; I guess part of me wondered who or what was being channelled and should we follow and trust the information coming through. I’m not sure when this sentiment changed, but I think we are all becoming more sensitive to truth and feel it resonate through our bodies when we hear it.
I first came across Paul Selig, listening to him as a guest on the Next Level Soul Podcast. The clip was about 15 minutes, so I believe it was just a part of the podcast. Paul was not channelling but discussed what the Guides teach. The Guides is the name Paul used to refer to the beings he channels. What I will say about the interview is that the truth therein resonated, like:
“What is true is always true” - referring to who we are at our core, as our true selves
“You can’t be the light and hold another in darkness”
The Impact
Soon after listening to the podcast , I bought I Am the Word as an audio book which I think worked even better for me since it’s in Paul’s voice and it feels like the Guides are coming through him at that moment.
The book interacts with the reader on the energetic level. This may sound strange to some on a couple of fronts, however, first and foremost everything is energy or vibration. Quantum physics tells us that our reality takes on the form of matter or of wave depending on how it’s being perceived. And secondly, and this is my theory based on my limited understanding, words can be arranged and combined to invoke thought-forms and emotions, emotions correspond to our emotional body and our emotional body flows into our etheric body.
It is no ordinary book, and the only similar text I’ve experience like this is the Bible, but there are probably a few books in the world of this sort of nature. As your mind is taking in the information and you are digesting the content, the core part of your being, call it spirit or soul if you wish, that part of your being is also absorbing the text and being worked on, but only if you wish it and permit it. (Similar to holy scriptures, scriptures work on you only if you allow them to. Your heart must be open to receiving their message and you must trust your heart in discerning the truth in the message.)
(So I guess I too have joined the dance by opening my heart to the text.)
For me, the effects were immediate. I had a dream of being in the upper room on what felt like the day of Pentecost. I saw or sensed all of my immediate and extended family there. The Guides, through Paul, speak of the idea of an upper room and lifting us to it. The dream was just my interpretation of the upper room and showed me the immediate influence their teaching was having on my subconscious mind.
The book is an energy transmission, with the message of aligning to the Christ vibration or Christ frequency. It challenges us to separate the person known as Jesus or Yeshua, from the title or state known as the Christ or Messiah (which means the anointed one). The idea of Christ goes as far back as Kemet (ancient Egypt); back then the term was Krst or Karast. So the use of the term Christ is not meant to support or convey a specific religious system; it is used to reach the North American reader and readers with similar cultural and religious backgrounds. I suppose if the South Asian reader was the primary reader, Krishna instead of Christ, would be used. The Guides are mindful of this and have said to use the term or title that you are most comfortable with.
A Taste of the Teaching

I Am the Word explains what this Christ frequency is and takes us on a journey of reclaiming our true selves as the Christed Ones.
1 John 3:1-2 - “Behold what manner of love that the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.”
Through Paul, the Guides are helping us ‘see Him as He is’ - unconditional love. The core of our being is a frequency of unconditional love. They answer the questions:
What frequencies are available to us and what this all means? They introduce resonance and co-resonance as key concepts and tell us the Christ frequency is available to all. Co-resonates refers to like attracting like (magnetism).
Why did you come? Why did your soul come here to this plane of existence? To realize ourselves as the Christed-Self we intended to be.
Where is the Christ in me? How do we identify that part of us? The frequency is aligned in the heart centre. It glows like a flame and feels warm and brings to it vibration and frequency that co-resonates with it. The frequency is dormant within us. Silent. But once awakened its purposes and goal is to manifest and be in realization.
In my opinion, the path to realizing these teachings is the journey of Heru that our ancient Egyptian ancestors spoke about. And I suspect somewhere at some point the word Heru became hero, but no matter, the journey is the same. Joesph Campbell often spoke about the hero’s journey, and I think it’s worth mentioning in case you aren’t familiar with some of his lectures, interviews, or books.
To know thyself is the purpose of the journey, like a dance where the music never stops but changes as you begin and continue to know more and more of yourself - as an aspect of the All That Is.
And lastly, the Guides reveal that they are the Ascended Masters and they have through many different names been present on this plane for thousands of years in different forms, they are the great teachers, and great missionaries, and have a great love for mankind. They are here to help us reclaim our true selves as anointed ones, aspects of the Source, also known as the All That Is, expressed and manifested in this human form.
More on Heru and Ausar
Although there was great life before Kemet or ancient Egypt, it’s easier to trace things back to ancient Egypt, and Muata Ashby tells us on page 61 of African Religion Vol. 4: Asarian Theology:
“The Resurrection of Osiris and his reincarnation in the form of Heru is a symbol for spiritual resurrection which must occur in the life of every human being. In this manner, the story of the Osirian Trinity of Osiris-Isis-Heru and the Egyptian Ennead hold hidden teachings, which when understood and properly practiced, will lead to spiritual enlightenment.”
For the Greeks, the name Ausar became Osiris, Auset became Isis, and Heru became Horus. The above quote shows an early theology with mythological concepts - namely resurrection and trinity - that can be found in some of today’s religions and spiritual systems. Ausar resurrects and incarnates, as does the Christ. Ausar, Auset, and Heru form a trinity, as does Mother Earth (Great Mother), Father Sky, and mankind.
All this is to say that the core message is the same and the term Christ does not necessarily have to be used, but it’s replacement must convey the same vibration and frequency.
The Christ vibration of unconditional love brings to co-resonance the Divine Creator, the All That Is. It plugs us into the God frequency, which is unconditional love, but in greater measure. Keep in mind, the frequency is not the Divine, but comes from the Divine, just as all things come from the Divine, or the Source. However it is the highest expression of the Divine. So do not confuse the All That Is as being the vibration or the frequency itself. The All That Is is divine sentience, and unconditional love is it’s highest expression.
Reflecting on all of this, I am encouraged and motivated to recognize myself in its divinity as one with the All That Is, without the separation that the ego mind identity would keep in place, as it tries to diminish the highest expression of myself as one with the All.
If you haven’t already, I encourage you to accept your anointing and come into congruence with the Christ frequency. Unlock your true potential as the highest manifestation of divine love.
