Who Are You?
Your true self is pure, unconditional love. This isn't about any religion - it's about the loving essence at your core. When you recognize and experience this truth, you're connecting with the divine wonder that exists within you and everything else.
The Christ consciousness in you is the truth of who you are in essence. The word “Christ” from the Greek word “Christos” - deriving from the verb "chrio," meaning "to anoint," and was used in the Greek Septuagint to translate the Hebrew "Mashiach" (Messiah), meaning "anointed one". Both Christ and Messiah fundamentally mean "the anointed one."
From Gerald Massey work (a 19th-century self-taught Egyptologist), "Christ" derives from ancient Egyptian "KRST" comes primarily from Gerald Massey, a 19th-century self-taught Egyptologist. According to this interpretation, KRST can be broken into "K" (ka, meaning "spirit") and "RST" (meaning "rise"), thus meaning "rising spirit," and was associated with the mummification process and spiritual transformation.
Not all people agree with Gerald Massey. Some may argue Krst refers to burial. I find this odd when I consider Kemetic (Egyptian) spirituality, but that’s just me! However, the safe take away is that Anointed or Anointing refers to spiritual transformation and expansion or awakening. Christ consciousness does not refer to religion or Christianity - it refers to unconditional love - creating the Word through your intentions; the Word is love in action. We are the reality we create!
